Music is Love☟
I usually feel strange about how we collectively mourn the loss of celebrities on the internet, but hearing the news of David Crosby’s passing truly stopped me in my tracks. Hearing David’s voice with CSN is one of the earliest musical memories I have. Was lucky enough to meet Croz in 2014 - told me a couple of John Lennon stories and invited me to see CSN at the Beacon Theatre that night. Will never forget that moment and that show. Thanks for everything David. Not sure of much but I can say with 100% certainty that music is love.
Cosmic Country Revue - UK Tour☟
This March I’ll be heading over to the UK for a week of shows with Bobby Lee (listen to his new single now) + Joe Harvey-Whyte. We’re bringing the ‘Cosmic Country Revue’ to six cities starting in Bobby’s hometown of Sheffield. Joe will set the tone each night with a bit of ambient pedal-steel then Bobby and I will keep on chooglin.’ This is my first time performing outside of the states (a huge bucket list item for me) and I’m honored to get to travel/perform alongside such talented musicians. London, Pontefract, and Manchester shows on sale now. More info soon. Now taking all recs for food/drink, record stores, places to run, etc. See you out there. Artwork by Bobby Lee.

Trip Sitter Live In-Studio☟
In December of 2021 my band and I spent a day at Red Rockets Glare studio here in Portland filming + recording songs new and old with a solid crew of filmmakers and engineers. It had been so long since we were all in the same room - we’d spent many months scheduling and rescheduling this shoot. The first video we’ve shared is an extended take on ‘Trip Sitter’ featuring Ryan Oxford on second guitar. Filmed/edited by Austin Abbott (who also made the music video for ‘Bernard’) with additional camerawork from Tyler Beus and Diana Erickson. Recorded Raymond Richards and Dominic Armstrong. Mixed by Ryan Oxford and mastered by Alex Chapman. Lots more to come.
